I teach my Heart
respect for all things
through simple acts.

I teach my children
Love for the Earth
through the Love
I give to them.

I create goodness and beauty
when I cook lovingly
for myself and others.

I generate radiance and Harmony
when I keep my house in order
and give care to all the objects
that surround me.

I shower the Universe
with infinite Peace
when my world
is  joyful.

All is in me,
All starts with me.
